Radj founded RMDE in 2012 with a simple belief: engineering projects deserve more than machine capacity.

With decades of experience in thermoforming, tooling and advanced manufacturing, Radj works closely with customers to solve complex engineering challenges and ensure projects are delivered with confidence.

Our CAM specialists ensure manufacturing success begins long before material reaches a machine.

Using PowerMill and Visi, they develop machining strategies that squeeze maximum accuracy, efficiency, and consistency from every project, whether it's a complex freeform composite mould or a tight-tolerance fixture.

Their expertise allows us to tackle geometries others avoid, optimise cycle times, reduce lead times, and maintain the standards our customers demand.
