We don't offer machining as a sideline.

Our entire facility is built around 5-axis CNC capability, multiple CMS machining centres, 9,000 sq.ft of dedicated floor space, and a team that programmes, sets, and runs complex tooling every single day.

We machine the components that other shops either can't handle or won't quote. Large-format capacity, and the engineering knowledge to programme efficient toolpaths that protect both the tool and the finish.

Why 5-Axis Changes Everything

Conventional 3-axis machining means multiple setups, repositioning errors, and compromised surface quality on complex geometry. Every time you re-datum a part, you introduce risk.

5-axis simultaneous machining eliminates that. One setup. Continuous tool contact. Consistent surface finish across compound curves, undercuts, and deep-pocket features that would require four or five operations on a 3-axis machine.

Tight-tolerance machined components in aluminium, steel, tooling board, composites, and engineering plastics for demanding applications.

Models & Styling Bucks

Full-scale styling bucks, development models, and presentation models machined to sub-millimetre accuracy from tooling board and foam substrates.

Composite Patterns

CNC-machined master patterns for composite mould manufacture, held to profile tolerances as tight as 0.05mm where the programme demands it.

Specialist Engineering Projects

Bespoke manufacturing solutions for projects that don't fit a standard category, reverse-engineered components, one-off assemblies, and complex multi-part builds.

Ali Plate Machining
